Who owns the finished files?
After full payment, the client owns the custom final text and client-specific website, flyer, service sheet, and captions, subject to third-party rights. KORILO keeps its reusable methods, templates, and internal tools.
Do I have to pay for a domain or hosting?
Not automatically. KORILO starts with free or lowest-cost options when practical. Any paid third-party service must be approved first and should remain client-owned.
Does KORILO guarantee customers or sales?
No. KORILO builds and tests the agreed materials but does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, revenue, legal compliance, or platform approval.
What happens before any deposit is accepted?
The agreement and invoice will identify the verified legal contracting party, authorized representative, and payment recipient. KORILO is the public brand and is not represented on this page as a separate registered legal entity.
