Protected boundaries
Useful work without an open-ended labor trap.
The base package does not include extra pages, e-commerce, a booking system or CRM integration, custom app development, custom logo design, professional photography or video, paid advertising, Google Business Profile account access or verification, ongoing SEO, social posting, website management, unlimited revisions, or guaranteed rankings, leads, customers, sales, or revenue.
Third-party costs: custom domains, paid hosting, premium forms, subscriptions, advertising spend, and other paid services are not silently included. Any purchase must be explained, approved, prepaid, and client-owned whenever practical.
Inactive projects: after 30 days without required customer action, work may pause. Restart is $75 or a new quote when scope has changed.
Rush work: when available and approved, rush pricing is 30% above the normal service price.

What you provide before the build
Approved business name and primary contact, phone/email, services, starting prices if displayed, service area, hours if displayed, logo and photos if available, website/social/review links, required permissions, and one person authorized to approve the facts and final draft.
Customer-provided facts and claims remain the customer’s responsibility for accuracy. KORILO does not invent missing business information.
When handoff is complete
The project is delivered when final approval is received, the included revision round is completed or waived, the final balance is paid, and KORILO provides the agreed live link, client-specific final materials, launch record, and basic handoff guidance.
New directions, extra rounds, future edits, maintenance, monitoring, renewals, and new deliverables are separate work.

When does the 5–7 business-day target begin?
After the agreement, $125 service deposit, complete intake, approved facts, and required materials are received. Missing information, late approvals, platform issues, emergencies, or added scope can extend the schedule.
What does “search- and share-ready basics” mean?
KORILO sets useful page titles and descriptions, clear headings, crawlable human-readable content, social-share information, site identity when an approved asset exists, and basic business structured data when verified facts support it. This is foundational setup—not ongoing SEO, indexing control, Google Business Profile management, or a ranking guarantee.
Do I have to give KORILO access to my Google Business Profile?
No. The included profile starter pack provides one approved short business description and a business-information consistency sheet. It does not include account access, verification responsibility, ranking work, suspension or reinstatement work, review removal, or ongoing profile management.
Who owns the finished work?
After full payment, the client owns the client-specific approved final text and files, subject to third-party rights. KORILO retains reusable methods, templates, systems, know-how, and pre-existing materials.
Are hosting, a custom domain, or future edits included forever?
No. KORILO uses an approved free, low-cost, or existing practical setup when appropriate. A custom domain, paid hosting, premium form, or other third-party purchase is separate, requires approval and prepayment, and should be client-owned whenever practical. Future edits, maintenance, monitoring, renewals, and uninterrupted third-party service are not included in the $250 base package.
How many revision rounds are included?
One combined revision round is included. The customer returns one numbered list within three business days. Added pages, a new direction, repeated change lists, and unagreed deliverables require a separate quote.
Does KORILO guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or business success?
No. KORILO builds and tests the agreed materials but does not guarantee rankings, indexing, profile approval, leads, customers, sales, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility certification, security certification, or uninterrupted third-party service.
How is payment handled and who provides the service?
KORILO is the public family-run Middle Tennessee brand. The exact verified legal service provider is stated in the agreement and secure Square invoice before payment. This page does not collect card information.
