1. Sponsor and contact
KORILO is the public campaign brand. Questions: (615) 609-1321 or korilodigitallaunch@gmail.com. The verified legal service provider is identified in any service agreement and invoice before payment.
2. Campaign schedule—Central Time
- Nominations: August 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM through August 14 at 8:00 PM.
- Eligibility review and owner consent: August 15–16.
- Finalists scheduled: August 16 at 6:00 PM.
- Voting: August 17 at 8:00 AM through August 22 at 8:00 PM.

3. Eligibility
- Nominators and voters must be at least 18 years old.
- Nominees must be independently owned and located in or regularly serve Nashville or Middle Tennessee.
- A business may be nominated without prior permission, but verified owner consent is required before finalist publication.
- KORILO may reject incomplete, false, abusive, unlawful, automated, purchased, exchanged, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated entries.
- No purchase, review, share, tag, follow, referral, donation, or payment improves eligibility, selection, or voting.
4. Finalist review—100 points
| Criterion | Points | What is evaluated |
|---|---|---|
| Community service and positive local value | 25 | Useful, respectful service and credible community benefit. |
| Digital starting-point need | 25 | Clear, practical gaps in online clarity, contact path, or presentation. |
| Fit for the Lift-Up deliverables | 20 | The free planning package can provide a realistic next step. |
| Owner readiness and responsiveness | 15 | Ability to verify facts, approve content, provide permitted materials, and meet deadlines. |
| Nomination completeness and credibility | 15 | Accurate, useful details supporting fair review. |
KORILO scores eligible nominees using the written rubric. Buying from KORILO, promising a review, or having more nominations does not add points.
5. Conflicts and consent
A reviewer must disclose a close personal, family, employment, or financial relationship with a nominee. The non-conflicted reviewer leads that score, and the conflict is documented privately. Each proposed finalist must approve the exact public business name, summary, category, permitted image or logo, contact link, and voting dates. One alternate finalist may be held in reserve.
6. Voting and validation
- One valid vote per person, submitted during the official voting window.
- Voters type the approved finalist name exactly as KORILO publishes it.
- KORILO may normalize email addresses, remove duplicates, and reject automated, purchased, exchanged, fake, or mass-generated votes.
- Likes, reactions, comments, shares, tags, follows, purchases, reviews, and donations are not votes.
- Voter names and email addresses are not published.
7. Tie-breakers
A finalist-score tie is resolved by the higher community-service score, then digital-need score, then readiness score, then the earliest complete valid nomination. A validated vote tie is resolved by the higher finalist rubric score using that same sequence. The decision and supporting record are final, subject to correction of a documented counting error.
8. Deliverables
Winner
- One-page 5-point digital audit covering clarity, contact path, mobile view, offer explanation, and trust/next-step gaps.
- One homepage visual or wireframe concept.
- One QR-code marketing placement concept.
- One-page personalized launch plan.
- A $50 credit toward one $250 KORILO Digital Launch Kit booked within 30 days.
The credit is not cash, cannot be transferred or combined, and is separate from the free deliverables. No live website, source code, professional photography, paid printing, paid ads, account management, legal audit, accessibility certification, security test, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or other outcome is promised.
Other finalists
Each receives a free 3-point mini audit and one tailored customer call-to-action rewrite, with no purchase obligation.
9. Response, delivery, and alternate winner
A selected finalist or winner must respond within 72 hours of KORILO’s first documented contact attempt and provide requested verification and permissions. If the person declines, cannot be verified, misses the deadline, or becomes ineligible, KORILO may use the documented alternate process. Target delivery is within 10 business days after the winner supplies complete verified information and required approvals. Platform outages, illness, emergencies, incomplete materials, or owner delays may reasonably extend delivery.
10. Privacy and publicity
Data is handled under the privacy notice. Finalists consent only to the approved publication of their business information for this campaign. No private nominator or voter information is published. The winner and finalists may decline optional testimonials or portfolio use.
11. Platform release and limits
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Nextdoor, Google, Apple, Cloudflare, Gmail, mobile carriers, or other third-party platforms. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the campaign to the extent permitted by law. KORILO may pause, correct, postpone, or cancel the campaign when fraud, technical failure, safety concerns, law, platform failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent fair operation. No rule change may favor a particular nominee.
12. Acceptance
Submitting a nomination or vote confirms acceptance of these rules and the privacy notice. Questions or documented corrections should be sent to korilodigitallaunch@gmail.com.
